Questions we get asked
Can I change what’s inside a hamper?
Yes. Every hamper on this page can be customised — add, remove or swap items. The price moves up or down with the changes, and we’ll confirm it before we pack.
Can you make a hamper in my budget?
That’s the easiest way to do it. Tell us the amount and the child’s age, and we’ll put together the best hamper we can for it.
Do you deliver, or is it pickup only?
Pickup from the store is free, and it’s the option we’d push you towards — you get to see the hamper before you pay for it. For delivery, message us with your pin code and we’ll confirm availability and charges.
How do I reach the store?
We’re at 125 Muktaram Babu Street, on the ground floor right beside Ram Mandir, in Simla — Machuabazar. From Girish Park metro it’s a short walk. Tap Get directions and it’ll take you to the door, or call us on 081006 40600 if you’re close and can’t spot it.
How long does a custom hamper take?
Ready hampers can be collected the same day. Custom hampers usually take 1–2 days — more during the Rakhi rush, so order early.
Do you do bulk orders for parties and schools?
Yes — return gifts, class gifting and corporate Rakhi orders. Send us the quantity and budget per hamper and we’ll quote you.
Are these suitable for all ages?
These are built for roughly 4 to 12 years. Tell us the age and we’ll adjust — simpler toys for the little ones, more stationery for older kids.
Rakhi is on 28 August. We’re open till then.
