Return & Exchange Policy
You may return any item purchased from Kidsinfy within 24 hours from the date of delivery, provided that the product is defective, unused, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact, and is not from the brands listed below.
To initiate a return or replacement due to a defect in the product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide an unboxing video clearly displaying the defect.

Final Decision:
- The final decision regarding returns and replacements will rest with the management.
Please Note:
- Returns or replacements will only be considered for defective products reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- An unboxing video displaying the defect is mandatory for processing the return or replacement request.
How does return works
1. PICK UP: We offer pick up services, but the courier charges are to be borne by the customers. Please contact customer care for requesting a pickup. During Pick Up, our delivery agent may do a quality check on the return. If the product(s) do not pass the quality check, we shall not accept the return. If you choose to return the item for reason of mismatch or receipt of a defective item, you will be refunded the full money. You may also need to re-pack the parcel and stick the shipping label in order to facilitate smooth return.
2. Self-Ship: For some location, we are unable to offer a return order pick up service at your location. In such cases, customers have to ship the product and the shipping charges are applied to customers. Also, customer will have to share the tracking slip to our customer care executive.
The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:
- All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact
- Net amount paid by you (excluding instant cashback/discount) to purchase the original item will be considered to calculate the difference in the amount of the original and exchanged item which will be payable by you or refundable by the website as the case may be, for an exchange.
- Purchased Items cannot be exchanged against a different item.
- KidsInfy shall reserve the right to restrict the return of the items purchased on its website if a customer in any way breaches or misuse this policy, as determined in KidsInfy sole discretion. In case you have purchased an item that has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.
- KidsInfy will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, KidsInfy would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the User.
How long would it take me to receive the refund of the returned product?
Payments made via Credit Cards, Debit Card, Net Banking or wallet, will be refunded in 7-10 working days from the time of order cancellation.
Does KidsInfy pick up the product I want to return from my location?

Is there a specific number of days within which we can return a product bought?
Yes, we are currently allowing returns within 24 Hours from the date of delivery
